The Victorian government is pushing out Melbourne's suburbs and Greens groups warn that this will result in the loss of farms and parklands. The panel consists of Julie Katz, National President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Doctor Wendy Steele, Research Fellow with the urban research program at Griffith University.
