Vanessa Pearson is the CEO Diversified Property Group, a privately held property development group specialising in residential land subdivisions and sustainable housing communities. With 16 years’ industry experience, she has had involvement in many aspects of residential development from feasibilities to final delivery in her many roles as major shareholder, director and manager. In 2019 Vanessa led the launch of the UDIA Legends and Legacy Program. She was the winner of UDIA NSW & Frasers Property Women in Leadership Award for Excellence 2016 and has sat on several UDIA NSW committees over her 16 years’ involvement in UDIA. Vanessa is currently the Regional Network Chair for the YPO Construction Industry and Forum Chair the YPO Australian/ NZ Property Region. Vanessa holds: M.Phil. in Land Economy, Cambridge, UK; MBA., Cambridge, UK; B.Com. (acct., finc.), Bond University, Qld.
