Nick is Director of Development Management at Pindan where he oversees all joint venture participations and all property development functions. Pindan has been active as a developer as well as builder and the company often carries out the full development management role which includes sourcing sites, due diligence, arranging finance, design and approvals, sales and marketing coordination as well as overseeing construction activities.

Nick has extensive experience in built form development in both high and medium density residential, retirement, commercial and tourism real estate as well as broad acres land subdivision experience.

Nick has a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from UWA and his early career was as an engineering consultant to residential, commercial and industrial projects in Australia and overseas.  Nick appreciates the importance of a collaborative approach between all stakeholders including consultants and clients to ensure the successful development of projects.  His experience working overseas has also broadened his experience and approach to solving issues to achieve win-win solutions.

Nick is the current President of UDIA and has been a councillor for 9 years.  After Chairing the Urban Water Committee, Nick became the inaugural Chair of the Built Form committee, established to meet the increasingly diverse needs of UDIA members.  Nick has been active in Strata Titles reform, the review of R-Codes and DAPs, and working with DFES on fire standards.
