Since being invited to join the family business Michael has developed a passion for the property industry. Michael has a Masters of Property Development, University of Technology Sydney; Bachelor of Laws, University of Sydney and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics Major), University of Sydney. His skills & experience include:
- Ten years’ experience in the property industry, five of these as Managing Director of a diversified private property business.
- Real estate development involving due diligence, acquisition, rezoning and planning, construction procurement, sales and marketing of master-planned communities, boutique subdivisions, houses and integrated built product.
- Real estate investment and management of residential, commercial and industrial sites.
- Business administration.
- Creation and operation of complex trust and business structures.
